Common questions
VibeVerse turns what you are feeling or carrying into a matched Bible verse, a short reflection, and gentle next steps — devotional reading, guided breathing, prayer, or studying the full chapter. After a short welcome and subscription setup, the app opens to three tabs: Verse (share what is on your mind), Journey (streak, saved verses, reminders, and music), and Explore (search and browse Scripture).
VibeVerse requires iPhone with iOS 18.5 or later. We test on the current and prior major iOS release each cycle to keep the experience smooth.
Yes. VibeVerse includes a 7-day free trial, then weekly or monthly plans billed through your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Pricing is shown in the App Store before you subscribe.
To manage billing, open the Journey tab and tap Subscription to open Apple’s subscription settings. To restore a purchase on a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription paywall screen.
Yes. VibeVerse includes three public-domain translations: the World English Bible (WEB), American Standard Version (ASV), and King James Version (KJV). Choose your preferred translation in the Explore tab or in Journey under Bible Version — your selection is remembered for future verses, devotionals, and chapter browsing.
Tap the Save button (star icon) on the Verse tab or while reading a chapter in Explore. Saved verses appear in Journey → Saved Verses, where you can revisit them or swipe to remove them. To share a verse as text or an image, use the share option on the Verse tab.
Yes. Send another message from the Verse tab with more context — for example, “anxious about a job interview” rather than “anxious.” VibeVerse will match a new verse to what you share. Verse matching uses AI and counts toward your monthly usage limit (see below).
From the Verse tab, tap Devotional to generate a short, focused reading built around the current passage. Each devotional includes a reflection, a question to sit with, and a practical step you can carry into the day. You can generate one devotional per calendar day; today’s devotional can be reopened from Journey.
Yes. To keep the experience sustainable, VibeVerse includes monthly limits on AI-powered features: up to 100 verse matches and up to 31 devotionals per calendar month (one devotional per day). Your current usage appears on the Journey tab. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
Open the Journey tab and turn on the Reminders toggle. Reminders are sent daily at 9:00 PM by default. The first time you enable reminders, iOS will ask for notification permission — if you tap “Don’t Allow,” you can change it later in iPhone Settings → Notifications → VibeVerse.
Your streak tracks consecutive days you receive a verse, not just days you open the app. If you were active yesterday but not yet today, your streak still shows until the day ends. After a full missed day, the streak resets to zero. Saved verses, devotional history, and preferences are not affected.
Worship music is included in the app and plays from your iPhone — it does not require an internet connection. A few quick checks:
If you see a message that no audio is available, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot.
VibeVerse does not require a separate login or account. Your saved verses, streak, preferences, and first name are stored on your iPhone. If you are signed into iCloud, key data (saved verses, highlights, journey history, Bible version, and your name) can sync through Apple’s iCloud Key-Value storage to help restore your experience after reinstalling.
When you share what is on your mind to generate a verse or devotional, that text is sent securely to Google Gemini to match Scripture for that request. The full Privacy Policy and Terms are available in the Journey tab.
The simplest way to remove local VibeVerse data is to delete the app from your iPhone — long-press the VibeVerse icon and choose Remove App → Delete App. To manage your subscription separately, open Journey → Subscription or your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store.
If iCloud sync is enabled, some information may restore when you reinstall while signed into the same Apple ID. To fully remove iCloud-backed data, delete the app and manage iCloud storage for VibeVerse in your Apple ID settings if needed.
Many features work without an internet connection: saved verses, your streak, scheduled reminders, guided breathing, worship music, full Bible browsing in Explore (WEB, ASV, and KJV are built into the app), and previously generated devotionals.
Generating a new verse from your mood and creating a new devotional require an internet connection because they use AI.
